Whilst portal access is provided as standard to all of our end-user customers, it is also available to both our manufacturer and reseller partners and can be fully customised with their branding. This results in an off-the-shelf repair service, with portal access for their customers, but invisibly ‘powered by MCR’ behind the scenes.
