The flexibility of individual repairs and the convenience of annual maintenance cover
With the release of the Galaxy Note in 2011, Samsung brought the "phablet" - a cross between a smartphone and a tablet - to mainstream popularity. So effectively does a phablet combine benefits of both of those types of devices that, in 2014, The New York Times judged phablets to possibly "become the dominant computing device of the future" and "the only computer many of us need". Indeed, today, you and your workers could highly rely on Note devices for day-to-day work.
When the original Galaxy Note arrived in 2011, its screen size of 5.3 inches was considered very large for a phone. However, this size brought meaningful practical benefits - particularly with regard to editing documents and putting together presentations on the fly. These are tasks that have become particularly useful to modern businesses demanding significant mobility and flexibility.
The Note also came with a stylus, the functionality of which was praised. Each succeeding Note handset has been packaged with such an accessory. 2012's Note II featured a slightly larger 5.5-inch display size and split-screen multitasking. The following year, the Note 3 was unveiled with a 5.7-inch screen and a USB 3.0 connector, while 2014's Note 4 had a more pressure-sensitive display and a fingerprint scanner - ideal for companies that needed to firmly secure their data even on the move.
Other Note models during the years have included the Note Edge, the screen of which has a curved part where application shortcuts can be placed, and the Note 5, which takes design cues from the Galaxy S6 smartphone. Samsung has also launched tablets under the Galaxy Note brand. These slates have included the Note 8.0 and Note 10.1, which have display sizes of - respectively - 8 and 10.1 inches and are both compatible with Samsung's S-Pen stylus.
Unfortunately, devices can all-too-readily break - particularly if they are used regularly and thoroughly, as your company's needs might dictate. Devices can also cease to function in one vital respect or another if they are particularly old; this could be true of your own company's devices if you have long considered it financially efficient to resist replacing them.
If your company has, on its hands, broken versions of any of the above-mentioned Galaxy Note devices, one piece of good news is that, here at Mobile Computer Repair, we have the expertise to repair them effectively and quickly. Even better news is that, even if your damaged Note device has not been mentioned on this page, we might still be able to administer repairs on it. Please get in touch with details of the device and its damage; we can then see if we can assist.
