We offer a free of charge assessment service on all repairs, providing peace of mind that you will only pay for the repairs where the cost has been approved.

After the faulty devices have been assessed by one of our experienced in-house technicians, a repair quotation (in PDF format) will be emailed for your approval. Should you not, for any reason, wish to proceed with any of the quoted repairs the devices will be returned un-repaired at no charge.

We offer a fully insured nationwide collection service for customers requiring the added convenience of a collection or those who do not have an account with a next day courier.  Next working day collection is available as standard, or alternatively the collection date can be arranged to suit your requirements. All repairs are delivered into our repair centre the following working day after the collection has taken place.

After repair, all devices are quality inspected, securely packed in brand new packaging and despatched on a next working day, fully insured, service. Full consignment tracking is available via our web portal

All repaired devices are subject to our rigorous functional testing, cleaning and independent quality inspection prior to despatch. In the unlikely event that a device fails post repair, all devices are accompanied with our ninety day guarantee, covering the repair carried out and all parts associated with the repair.

Individual repairs – this is our flexible repair service, benefiting from a free of charge assessment, nationwide collection and delivery, and a fast three to five working day turnaround time.

Annual maintenance cover – this service provides the convenience of having devices covered under a repair maintenance agreement, with flexible payment options, nationwide collection and delivery, and a fast, three to five working day turnaround time. The cover includes all labour, parts, accidental damage, collection and delivery. Our maintenance agreements are fully customisable, from three months’ cover (ideal for peak trading periods) up to three years.

No, all assessments are completely free of charge.  After assessment, we will email a repair quotation (in PDF format) for your approval. You will only pay for the repairs where the cost has been approved.

Our turnaround time is 3 to 5 working days from date of receipt. Once the quotation has been approved, we usually ship the repaired devices back within 24 hours.

If you cannot find the model number of your faulty device on our website, please call us on 01202 946070, or drop us an email at info@mobilecomputer-repair.co.uk, as we can repair the vast majority of mobile devices.

In the unlikely event that we cannot repair your device we can either return it un-repaired at no charge or quote for an A-grade replacement.
