Our free of charge assessment service and flexible pricing options ensure a cost effective repair. Due to our extensive spare part inventory and diverse supplier network, the fast repair turnaround time is three to five working days and is complimented by our FastTrack service providing a twenty four hour turnaround for time critical repairs. All repaired devices are subject to our rigorous functional testing, cleaning and independent quality inspection prior to despatch and are accompanied with our 90 day repair guarantee. Bluebird was formed in Seoul, South Korea in 1995. Since then, the firm has so flourished that it now provides industrial mobile devices, including handheld computers, tablets, and payment devices, to over 3,000 customers across more than 120 countries. If your firm's workforce relies on Bluebird scanners, rest assured that we have just the right expertise to repair broken such devices.
There is a large range of devices that, if faulty, we can restore in functionality. We can repair the BIP-6000, a rugged mobile computer capable of withstanding 6-feet drops and prolonged water and dust exposure. The BIP-6000's technology allows it to scan barcodes, UHF Gen 2 RFID tags, low-frequency tags, and the high-frequency tags built into contactless cards. The BIP-7000 can also scan barcodes - both 1D and 2D forms - and features a 2.8-inch touch display.
Other Bluebird devices that we can fix include the BM-150R, an enterprise-friendly PDA running on Windows Mobile, and its upgraded successor the BM-170, which can wirelessly transmit data through Wi-Fi. This device, on which Windows Mobile 6.5 is installed, can be used to take orders, collect digital signatures, and check medical records.
We have the ability to repair all of the Bluebird devices mentioned above. However, if we have not mentioned a Bluebird device which you own but has developed a fault, please still contact us. We could still help you to progress in arranging for that device to be repaired.
Once you have dispatched your faulty Bluebird machine to our in-house technicians, they can assess it and then provide, in a PDF sent by email, a quotation for repair of it. You can, at this stage, decide not to proceed; we will then, without levelling any charge, return the unrepaired device.
Alternatively, if you approve of the quotation and wish to continue with our Bluebird scanner repair service, we will carry out the repair. We will then subject the device to a quality inspection, put it securely into entirely fresh packaging, and dispatch it on the following working day.
Our web portal will enable you to utilise full consignment tracking, and we add a 90-day repair guarantee to each device that we fix. You will be able to keep track of your device throughout the repair process thanks to our Repair Management System. Once you approve of the quotation we give you, our team will fully repair the device, clean it and give it an independent quality inspection before we send it back to you. We will dispatch your device in secured packaging through a fully insured service.
